Dr. Chris is originally from Long Island, NY.  He has been practicing in the east valley since graduating from chiropractic school in 1999.  He has been practicing with his wife, Dr. Cynthia, since 2001.  They have two children; Victoria, 10 and Cameron, 5.  Their goal is to be an example for their community in living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Chris believes in providing natural, drug-free pain relief as a first step towards improving overall health.  No one should have to live with pain as this is never normal.  He focuses on using safe, gentle chiropractic care along with a good diet, proper rest, a good attitude, spinal rehabilitation and regular exercise & stretching to improve the health and wellness of his patients, maximizing function and preventing disease.  He attends multiple conventions and continuing education classes each year to stay current with available techniques and therapies in order to provide the best care for his patients.   His belief is that a good doctor acts as a partner with his patients, working together to reach their health and wellness goals.  That is why patient education is a priority at Back on Track Chiropractic.
